Please read over this newsletter for important dates. Studio Policies: · A.B. Dance is a Nut Free environment · There is a 30 day full money back refund policy No refunds will be given on classes dropped after October 16thth 2011 for 1st term. · There is a $25 fee added to all returned cheques · There will be a $25 late order fee on all costumes ordered after November 1st 2011. · Please label all your belongings, A.B. Dance is not responsible for lost or stolen items · Make Up Classes: Dancers are welcome to come for free make up classes if they are absent or class is canceled due to weather or holiday. · Bad weather class cancellation… in the event of a snow storm, please visit our website or call the studio after 2:00 pm to be notified if classes will continue, or be cancelled Important Dates:

Sun. Oct 9th & 10th Thanksgiving Sun. & Mon. Studio Closed Mon. Oct. 16th Last Day to drop classes and get a full money back refund…no refunds will be given after this date Sat. Oct. 22nd Last day to change classes Mon. Oct. 24-Sun. Oct. 30 Recreational Costume Measuring Mon. October 31st Halloween - Studio Closed Tues. Nov. 1st Recreational Costume cheques will be deposited. Any costumes ordered after this date will be charged a $25 late order fee Sat. Dec. 17-Fri. Dec. 23 Holiday Show Shows will take place during regular class time. Students will go directly into studio D and practice for the first half of class, Family and friends will then be invited to watch the show. Dancers may wear festive colours, or visit our office for our Holiday Tank Jan. 1st - 2nd term cheques deposited Mon. Jan. 9th Classes resume Mon. Feb. 20th Family Day- Studio Closed Fri. March 9th Recital package #1 will be posted on the website This package will contain song names, and other important recital info, please print. March 12th – 18th March Break-StudioClosed The studio will reopen on Mon. March 19th Fri. April 6th Good Friday –Studio Closed Sun. April 8th Easter Sunday- Studio Closed Mon. April 9th Recital package #2 will be posted on the website. This will contain rehearsal times, and recital drop off times and areas, it is important that you have a copy of this package May 5th Rehearsal at Markham Theatre May 11th 12th & 13th A.B. Dance Inc.
